Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Understand business problems and define the technical, functional and business scope of requests, validated by the PO/PM
- Assess and measure the impact of new features on existing functionality
- Evaluate and discuss technical integrations with analysts and software engineers from other teams
- Support the organization of the technical backlog, establishing dependencies and priorities
- Perform estimations and technical refinement of requests with the development team
- Translate business requirements into user stories for engineering
- Identify, assess and address impacts on business processes and related systems
- Liaise with software engineers and QAs and contribute to engineering solutions
- Support PM/PO in system validation and acceptance
- Act as an interface between internal systems and third‑party solutions
- Integrate with Systems Change Management, including creation of RDMs, alignment with processing and IT operations, and monitoring deployments
- Prepare manuals on configuration and parameterization of internal and external systems
- Resolve incidents and monitor system processes
- Respond to internal and external audit requests in the system
- Develop and deliver technical training
Requirements:
- Desirable knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
- Experience working with teams that use agile methods and theoretical knowledge of these methodologies
- Knowledge of agile and software engineering metrics
- Knowledge of agility, software architecture and software engineering
- Continuous self-development in technology
