Job Description

Client Success professional managing healthcare technology client portfolios for Veradigm. Driving adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion through executive relationships and Salesforce pipeline collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned client portfolio across activation, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Lead SBR and executive-facing updates
  • Align Veradigm capabilities to client business priorities and strategic goals
  • Proactively manage client health and identify at-risk accounts
  • Own recovery plans and coordinate cross-functional responses
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, document them in Salesforce, and collaborate with Sales
  • Manage the renewal cycle and maintain forward-looking forecast visibility
  • Execute retention strategies to protect and grow portfolio revenue
  • Resolve escalated support, contractual, and financial issues
  • Serve as the primary internal advocate for client needs

Requirements:

  • Applicants for North American based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

  • Experience managing client portfolios and the full client lifecycle
  • Experience leading client business reviews and executive-facing updates
  • Experience managing client health, recovery plans, renewals, retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
  • Experience documenting opportunities in Salesforce
  • Ability to resolve escalated support, contractual, and financial issues
