Job Description

Senior Clinical Recruiting Sourcer developing data-driven sourcing strategies for USACS’s physician and advanced practitioner recruiting. Engaging clinical talent through specialized platforms, CRM campaigns, and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute advanced clinical candidate sourcing strategies supporting the company’s physician recruiting needs
  • Independently manage complex and high-priority sourcing needs
  • Generate physician and advanced practitioner candidate leads through job boards, database searches, email and text campaigns, social media, Boolean searches, and other channels
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned markets and difficult-to-fill clinical positions
  • Use market intelligence, candidate data, sourcing analytics, and recruiting trends to identify talent pools and recommend targeted approaches
  • Track KPIs and analytics, monitor campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
  • Partner with Recruiters and stakeholders to understand priorities, market challenges, candidate profiles, and sourcing needs
  • Establish and attend strategy sessions with Recruiters
  • Develop targeted candidate outreach and messaging aligned with company brand standards
  • Record activity in CRM and/or ATS and enrich databases
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new sourcing tools, techniques, and approaches
  • Share sourcing best practices, market insights, and successful strategies with broader sourcing and recruiting teams
  • Attend virtual and on-site recruiting events as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong sourcing skills for physicians utilizing advanced Boolean searches and sources such as PracticeLink, PracticeMatch, DocCafe, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong social media skills, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, to generate leads
  • Effective written and verbal communication with strong storytelling skills
  • Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems required
  • Strong experience with CRMs and building automated email campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Bullhorn Automation, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience partnering effectively with Recruiters and/or other internal stakeholders/clients
  • Excellent strategic planning and ability to influence others using logic, data, and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven and strong analytical thinking mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated willingness and eagerness to be creative
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing required
  • At least 3 years of experience operating in a clinical industry supporting physician talent attraction required
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds
  • Close visual acuity required
