Job Description
Senior Communications Writer translating complex total rewards business plans into clear messaging for a leading tech company. Partnering closely with program managers and creatives for cohesive communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop core messaging frameworks (what, why, how) for Total Rewards programs
- Write high-quality program communications, including employee emails, announcements, and manager guidance
- Create manager toolkits and talking points to support effective cascade communications
- Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and global markets
- Partner with project managers and creative teams to bring communication strategies and narratives to life
- Translate and simplify complex topics such as benefits, compensation, performance, and development into clear, engaging content
Requirements:
- Experience supporting HR, Total Rewards, or internal communications for large organizations
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content development
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality, impactful communications
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the broader team
