Job Description
Senior Database Analyst managing two sides of data infrastructure for linqd. Stabilizing SQL Server environment and designing modern AWS architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and produce a remediation plan for the legacy DMP servers
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues
- Enhance monitoring and alerting through SolarWinds
- Work with senior services architect on database layer design for the modern platform
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional database analysis and engineering experience
- Microsoft SQL Server deep expertise: query optimization, execution plan analysis, indexing strategy, T-SQL, etc.
- PostgreSQL, strong working knowledge
- Production experience with at least one columnar engine, strong preference for ClickHouse
- Cloud experience across both Azure and AWS
