Responsibilities:
- Own B2C growth across paid, ambassador, organic, referral, partnerships, and event channels.
- Build and scale repeatable acquisition engines targeting healthcare student communities; prioritize by CAC efficiency and conversion potential.

- Develop differentiated positioning for med, NP, and PA students.
- Translate product features into high-converting value propositions across ads, landing pages, and lead-gen assets.

- Own demand gen reporting: track volume, quality, and cost of new trial starts and subscribers across all channels.
- Partner with product and content teams to align messaging and share user insights.
- Manage vendors and agency relationships; communicate results clearly across teams.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of marketing experience with a heavy focus on demand generation or performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing paid media budgets ($50K–$300K annually) with measurable ROI.
- Strong grasp of full-funnel demand gen: paid acquisition, conversion optimization, referral/ambassador programs, and lead nurture.
- Experience with lifecycle/email marketing and marketing automation.
- Experience marketing to niche B2C audiences (students, professionals in training, or tight-knit communities preferred).
