Job Description

Desenvolvedor(a) sênior criando aplicações LLM, copilots e agentes para a consultoria tecnológica SEIDOR. Integrando IA, APIs, dados e arquiteturas GenAI.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications based on LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source, etc.)
  • Build copilots, agents and multi-step flows using tools, APIs and dynamic context
  • Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings and semantic search
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, including APIs, databases and pipelines
  • Define and implement GenAI architectures, including prompting, memory and orchestration
  • Monitor, evaluate and optimize AI outputs for quality, cost and latency
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to turn real problems into AI solutions
  • Document technical decisions and usage patterns

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience developing solutions using LLMs / GenAI
  • Proficient in Python or Node.js
  • Experience with model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, etc.)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI interaction design
  • Experience with data handling, embeddings and semantic search
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and API development
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions
  • Nice to have: experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
  • Nice to have: knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps (monitoring, evaluation, prompt versioning)
  • Nice to have: experience with fine-tuning or using open-source models
  • Nice to have: experience with developer-focused products (DX, tooling, platforms)
  • Nice to have: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
