Job Description
AI Innovation Associate building LLM, agentic AI and machine-learning solutions for Aculocity’s global industrial businesses. Working remotely on real enterprise data and business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Develop intelligent AI agents and enterprise copilots
- Apply machine learning to operational and business challenges
- Design proof-of-concepts using emerging AI technologies
- Explore Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and enterprise knowledge management
- Work with real-world enterprise datasets to uncover insights and improve decision-making
- Develop predictive, optimization and analytics solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative AI solutions
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks and techniques
- Contribute to real enterprise AI initiatives across manufacturing, commercial vehicles, engineering, supply chain, finance and digital operations
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, an undergraduate or graduate program in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline
- Strong academic performance and a demonstrated passion for learning
- Strong technical problem-solving ability, with programming experience; Python is a plus
- A solid foundation or strong interest in Agentic AI, Applied AI, Data Science, machine learning, analytics, algorithms or statistics
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Curiosity, creativity and a desire to explore AI technologies
- Genuine interest in applying AI to create measurable business value
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Beneficial but not required: Generative AI and Large Language Models, prompt engineering, machine learning frameworks, SQL and data analytics, APIs, software integration, automation, enterprise platforms, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or modern analytics platforms
