Job Description
Senior DevOps Engineer managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for a health-tech company. Collaborating on platform standards, security posture, and product delivery with a focus on reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve AWS environments, including Control Tower and multi-account governance.
- Implement and maintain Terraform modules for standardised infrastructure deployment.
- Support GPU infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Operate and optimise Kubernetes clusters, ingress, service mesh, logging, and metrics pipelines.
- Maintain and improve GitOps tooling (ArgoCD/Flux).
- Build and maintain Helm templates and infrastructure charts.
- Manage cluster lifecycle and upgrade strategy.
- Maintain Linux runners and hardened CI/CD workflows.
- Improve deployment reliability, rollback safety, and release flow.
- Enhance observability through metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
- Implement secure identity, access, and secrets patterns in infrastructure and pipelines.
- Partner with Cybersecurity Engineering to embed guardrails and secure defaults.
- Promote secure, reliable DevOps practices across engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 5/6+ years DevOps / Cloud AWS environment (mandatory)
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD or Flux), Helm, Terraform.
- Strong CI/CD experience (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Solid understanding of cloud identity, RBAC, and least-privilege models.
- Experience with logging/monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
