  • Comfortable with GitOps , Helm/Kustomize, and at least one of Flux/Argo CD
  • Solid IaC with Terraform and configuration management (Ansible or similar)
  • Strong security fundamentals: least-privilege RBAC, image provenance, secrets management, admission policies.
  • Hands-on with monitoring/alerting stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager) and crafting meaningful SLOs.
  • Ability to script/automate in Bash and one of Ruby/Go/Python .
  • Hands-on mentality and an agile mindset
  • You are passionate about the fight against the climate crisis and creating customer-oriented solutions that deliver real added value
  • Plus: Compliance exposure (SOC 2/ISO 27001) and secrets rotation at scale
  • Plus: Degree in computer science (Bachelor, Master or Dr.)
  • Plus: Early-stage startup experience

  • 28 vacation days and flexible vacation planning (you don't have to plan your entire vacation at the beginning of the year)
  • Flexible working hours - family-friendly :)
  • 100% remote is possible - work from your preferred location
  • Freedom to contribute to the open source community
  • Teamevents
