Job Description
Senior Digital Account Executive driving net-new enterprise AdTech and MarTech sales for RRD’s marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. Building executive partnerships and closing complex omnichannel agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and secure net-new enterprise brand and agency accounts
- Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise clients across key commercial verticals
- Leverage established relationships with industry decision-makers to build sales pipeline and generate revenue
- Conduct data-driven consultative sales processes for digital media, data targeting, and omnichannel solutions
- Develop customized media strategies and pitch frameworks for C-suite and senior executive audiences
- Serve as a trusted client advisor, provide strategic oversight and market insights, and ensure solution execution
- Maintain expertise in digital advertising ecosystem trends, retail media networks, programmatic media, and data privacy developments
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and opportunity tracking in the company CRM
- Collaborate with sales, strategy, product, and operations teams to structure and execute complex commercial proposals and agreements
- Recommend strategies for client targeting, media planning, and campaign optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent combination of relevant education and professional sales experience may be evaluated in lieu of a formal degree
- 5+ years of direct digital media or AdTech/MarTech solution sales experience
- 7+ years in a quota carrying sales role
- Consistent success over performance and quota over-achievement in net-new business acquisition
- Active, established network of decision-maker relationships across brand marketers and advertising agencies
- Proven success leading complex, multi-touch consultative sales cycles from cold prospect to contract execution
- Deep understanding of programmatic media, Connected TV (CTV), retail media networks, consumer data graphs, and identity resolution
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to influence C-suite decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, sales intelligence platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack
- Ability to manage multiple prospective sales cycles simultaneously
- Business travel required as needed, approximately 20–30%
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen
