Job Description

Senior Director Analyst specializing in AI, automation, and analytics for customer service operations. Advising leaders on leveraging technologies to optimize service functions and enhance experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Author high quality, consumable, actionable, "must-have" insightful content based on research best practices and methodologies
  • Deliver high-quality actionable advice to an executive client audience
  • Lead research projects requiring the coordination of colleagues and resources
  • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings
  • Build credibility as a domain or industry expert

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of relevant function experience
  • Subject matter expertise in customer service and support AI use cases and implementation
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Expertise in managing complex research projects
