Job Description
Senior Director Analyst specializing in AI, automation, and analytics for customer service operations. Advising leaders on leveraging technologies to optimize service functions and enhance experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Author high quality, consumable, actionable, "must-have" insightful content based on research best practices and methodologies
- Deliver high-quality actionable advice to an executive client audience
- Lead research projects requiring the coordination of colleagues and resources
- Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings
- Build credibility as a domain or industry expert
Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant function experience
- Subject matter expertise in customer service and support AI use cases and implementation
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Expertise in managing complex research projects
