Job Description

Senior Director leading strategic-partner sales for Inovalon’s data-driven healthcare solutions. Growing revenue, coaching sales teams, forecasting performance, and expanding healthcare SaaS partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Strategic Partner sales team to grow revenue and execute sales initiatives supporting annual and long-term goals
  • Manage day-to-day activities of assigned associates and provide necessary sales tools, processes, resources and information
  • Drive activity to attain assigned quotas through sales to current customers and prospects
  • Develop accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts; identify deal risks and execute mitigation plans
  • Apply consultative sales techniques and train the team on sales-process best practices
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of strategic partner products, services and marketing initiatives
  • Assess team performance and develop improvement plans and developmental initiatives with leadership
  • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination
  • Drive Salesforce CRM documentation, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
  • Travel up to 30%

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant sales and/or channel development experience, including at least 8 years in sales leadership or management roles
  • Experience selling to key executive-buyer personas for transactional healthcare RCM services
  • Proven track record achieving or exceeding objectives selling SaaS or similar subscription-based applications
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute in a matrix environment
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, management and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt well to change and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in strategic selling principles and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in sales management or related field or equivalent experience
