Job Description

Senior Business Development professional at THE·TEAM, enhancing brand partnerships in the German speaking DACH Region. Responsible for driving growth and collaborations in the sports and entertainment industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing leads, securing meetings and building relationships with prospective partners at senior levels
  • Undertaking desk-based research into potential partnership categories and other revenue generating business models
  • Management and evolution of CRM system, maintaining accurate records of all sales and business development contacts and activities
  • Develop the Business Development Strategy for Wasserman Live to grow their portfolio of large-scale strategic clients in the DACH region and central Europe
  • Ensure Wasserman is known and included in major RFPs by the strategic client portfolio list

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English at business competency and negotiation level is essential
  • Multi-year sports, music and entertainment industry experience with a proven track record of building valuable commercial relationships and the ability to influence and sell at a senior level
  • Significant experience of sourcing and closing commercial deals, overseeing the transactional process
  • Track record in the set up and management of a CRM system
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to transform ideas independently into PowerPoint and develop compelling sales materials and templates
