Job Description
Senior Director for Business Development focused on growth in federal contracting. Identifying leads and developing opportunities while managing business operations globally.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving growth in the competitive market
- Identifies leads and develops opportunities
- Designs and executes capture strategies
- Develops client relationships and manages business operations
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Creates and tailors marketing materials and participates in conferences
- Prepares reports and provides expertise for proposals
- Frequent travel may be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Five to ten (5-10) years of government contracting experience in a civilian and/or defense contracting environment required.
