Job Description
Senior client relationships leader managing enterprise EAP and wellness accounts for CuraLinc Healthcare. Leading client relationship managers and driving retention, growth, and program success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and nurture business relationships with a defined book of enterprise and large-market employer clients
- Develop and implement retention and growth strategies for the largest and most complex clients
- Provide strategic and consultative recommendations to maximize the value of EAP and wellness programs
- Collaborate with client plan sponsors to develop and implement client-specific engagement strategies
- Evaluate and refine program performance to ensure optimal outcomes and client satisfaction
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CuraLinc's product suite within the healthcare benefits landscape
- Establish and maintain relationships at all levels within client organizations
- Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in client presentations for current and prospective clients
- Mentor and develop associates working on client accounts
- Manage and lead a team of Client Relationship Managers, including performance evaluations, professional development, and team building
- Assist CRMs with book-of-business management, client escalations, retention goals, and client service
- Collaborate with channel leadership to support retention and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Ten (10) or more years of B2B account management/client services experience in health care, employee benefits or insurance
- Proven experience managing and leading teams, including performance evaluations, professional development, and team building
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing associates
- Stable employment history
- BS/BA Degree
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated excellence in presentation and written communication
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to job responsibilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Ability to engage at an executive level
- Must live in the continental United States or Hawaii
