Job Description

Senior Director leading product marketing, CRM, and go-to-market strategy for Facet’s human-plus-tech financial advice platform. Driving member engagement, retention, launches, and team development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Facet’s product marketing and go-to-market efforts
  • Oversee all member marketing initiatives, including CRM
  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and key differentiators to scale awareness and adoption
  • Lead development and adoption of go-to-market practices and tools across the organization
  • Partner with Product to prioritize and execute plans for product and feature launches and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Create differentiated messaging frameworks that resonate with core audiences and articulate Facet’s industry differentiation
  • Own the member experience from onboarding through the full lifecycle
  • Lead data-centric initiatives that drive member value, delight, retention, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team
  • Work closely with leaders and partners across Product, Design, Planning, MX, Finance, Sales, and Analytics

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, specifically CRM and/or client experience
  • Email expertise and ability to drive high-performing prospect programs leading to conversion
  • Experience managing and developing people
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and teams from campaign conception through analysis and optimization
  • Quantitative marketing expertise, including measuring the effectiveness of content and social work
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build in ambiguous, high-opportunity environments
  • Ability to ideate innovative campaigns while maintaining tactical and granular execution
  • Deep knowledge of sales technologies and capabilities
  • Strong desire and ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, and Analytics
  • Superb communication, organizational, and client service skills
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn in-house software and tools
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balance multiple responsibilities, and demonstrate exceptional time and calendar management
