Job Description
Senior Director leading product marketing, CRM, and go-to-market strategy for Facet’s human-plus-tech financial advice platform. Driving member engagement, retention, launches, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Facet’s product marketing and go-to-market efforts
- Oversee all member marketing initiatives, including CRM
- Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and key differentiators to scale awareness and adoption
- Lead development and adoption of go-to-market practices and tools across the organization
- Partner with Product to prioritize and execute plans for product and feature launches and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Create differentiated messaging frameworks that resonate with core audiences and articulate Facet’s industry differentiation
- Own the member experience from onboarding through the full lifecycle
- Lead data-centric initiatives that drive member value, delight, retention, and cross-sell opportunities
- Manage and develop a high-performing team
- Work closely with leaders and partners across Product, Design, Planning, MX, Finance, Sales, and Analytics
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, specifically CRM and/or client experience
- Email expertise and ability to drive high-performing prospect programs leading to conversion
- Experience managing and developing people
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and teams from campaign conception through analysis and optimization
- Quantitative marketing expertise, including measuring the effectiveness of content and social work
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build in ambiguous, high-opportunity environments
- Ability to ideate innovative campaigns while maintaining tactical and granular execution
- Deep knowledge of sales technologies and capabilities
- Strong desire and ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, and Analytics
- Superb communication, organizational, and client service skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn in-house software and tools
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balance multiple responsibilities, and demonstrate exceptional time and calendar management
