Job Description
Senior Engagement Manager for Fastwater Staffing managing software modernization and cloud migration programs. Requires strong leadership in public sector project delivery and budget management.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex software modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs
- Manage multi-team engagements with large budgets
- Collaborate with public sector stakeholders
- Oversee project delivery with scope, schedule, budget management
- Lead customer-facing program initiatives
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder ONLY
- 8+ years of experience delivering complex software modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs
- Proven experience managing multi-team engagements with budgets exceeding $3M
- Public sector or state government project delivery experience
- Strong experience with: Program delivery, scope, schedule, and budget management
- SOWs, LOEs, change orders, and contract management
- Risk management and executive stakeholder communications
- Cross-functional dependency management
- Technical understanding of application modernization, .NET migrations, cloud platforms, and database conversion projects
- Experience serving as the primary customer-facing program lead
- Preferred: AWS ProServe, AWS partner, or large-scale AWS transformation program experience
- PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.
