Job Description
Polyglot Senior Engineer responsible for building high-performance applications across various tech stacks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain robust backend systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and PHP (Laravel)
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple languages
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience as a Polyglot Engineer
- Proficiency in Java, PHP, and Laravel
- Solid understanding of backend architecture and APIs
- Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) (Good-to-Have)
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems (Good-to-Have)
- CI/CD and DevOps awareness (Good-to-Have)
