Job Description
Senior ERP Consultant shaping Microsoft Dynamics Finance systems for Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s leading e-pharmacy. Designing integrations, advising stakeholders, and mentoring ERP teams.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives
- Design scalable solutions supporting Finance systems
- Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations, and end-to-end data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009
- Advise on ERP architecture and process design
- Partner with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
- Lead and mentor colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives and reviewing deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing business processes and implementing best-practice ERP solutions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT
- Deep expertise in complex Finance ERP environments
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009
- Experience with enterprise integrations and solution architecture
- Ability to combine technical leadership with business understanding
- Confident communication in English
- Willingness to share knowledge and work closely with colleagues across teams
