Job Description
Analista Financeiro conciliando transações e liquidações na WEPAYMENTS, empresa de pagamentos. Automatizando rotinas financeiras com Excel, VBA, Macros e Power BI.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily financial and bank reconciliation routines involving a high volume of transactions
- Process partner and customer settlements, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met across pay-in and payout flows
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and breaks between operational systems and bank statements
- Map repetitive financial routines and develop automation using Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros
- Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for volume and operational monitoring
- Assist the Senior Analyst and leadership team in organizing structured databases for reporting and month-end close activities
- Ensure traceability of movements in operating and suspense accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Solid hands-on experience with financial settlement and bank/financial reconciliation routines involving high transaction volumes
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and processing large datasets
- Intermediate VBA and Macro development skills, including the structural creation and maintenance of routine automations
- Basic to intermediate Power BI knowledge for data extraction and modeling
- Previous experience at payment institutions, acquiring companies, or fintechs is a strong plus
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English and/or Spanish
- Knowledge of the SAP Business One ERP system is a plus
