Job Description
Senior Flutter Developer architecting and maintaining high-performance Flutter applications for Somnio Software, Latin America's Flutter-focused development company. Translating UI/UX designs, integrating APIs, and optimizing mobile experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex Flutter applications from conception through deployment
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Implement clean architecture principles such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, and Cubit
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Integrate with backend APIs and third-party services
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and stability
- Stay current with Flutter/Dart features, best practices, and ecosystem developments
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Contribute to software solutions for Somnio Software, a Flutter-focused development company in Latin America
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development
- Minimum of 3 years specifically in Flutter
- Expertise in Dart programming language and Flutter framework
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Cubit, Provider, and Riverpod
- Proficiency integrating RESTful APIs and consuming web services
- Solid understanding of version control systems, especially Git
- Extensive experience with automated testing, including unit, widget, and integration tests
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges and contribute high-quality code independently
- Experience with native Android/iOS development for integrations or module development (nice to have)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter deployment (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Flutter performance profiling and optimization techniques (nice to have)
