Job Description
Senior Front End Developer building scalable platform widgets for GR8_TECH’s B2B iGaming platforms. Driving microfrontend architecture, performance optimization, testing, and engineering leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures
- Write, test, and debug complex code for new and existing software applications
- Deliver code to production according to business expectations
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members
- Conduct code reviews for code quality, security, and best practices
- Manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software development and system design
- Research and implement technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and development processes
- Identify and resolve complex software issues and technical challenges
- Develop and enforce testing protocols for software reliability and performance
- Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, state management libraries, build tools, package managers, and web testing frameworks
- Experience with microfrontend architectures and Module Federation patterns, including Webpack Module Federation, dynamic remote loading, and shared dependency management
- Ability to analyze code, debug complex issues, optimize performance, and develop proofs of concept (PoCs)
- Understanding of web performance metrics and browser performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), FCP, TTFB, TBT, Speed Index, TTI, bundle size, and JavaScript parsing and execution performance
- Understanding of browser internals, SPAs and static websites, client-server architecture, REST APIs, SSR, web security, and UI/UX patterns
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Upper-Intermediate English level
