Job Description
Senior Full-Stack Engineer building React, TypeScript, and Node.js applications for GoFasti’s global clients. Integrating APIs, databases, and Web3 technologies across distributed teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js or Vite.js
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS
- Develop reusable, maintainable frontend components and application architecture
- Integrate APIs, databases, third-party services, and blockchain technologies
- Work with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-focused features
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and developer experience
- Implement responsive and mobile-first interfaces using modern CSS frameworks
- Integrate and interact with Web3 wallets, smart contracts, and blockchain infrastructure
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot technical issues across frontend and backend systems
- Complete the application review, screening, client profile review, client interview, hiring, and onboarding process
Requirements:
- English-fluent
- Based in Latin America
- 5+ years of professional software/web development experience
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals
- Professional experience with Node.js and preferably NestJS
- Experience building REST APIs and integrating backend services
- Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database
- Experience with an ORM such as Prisma
- Strong understanding of frontend state management and data-fetching patterns
- Experience with responsive UI development and modern component libraries
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Plus: professional experience developing Web3 applications or DeFi platforms
- Plus: experience integrating cryptocurrency wallets and blockchain networks
- Plus: familiarity with Wagmi, Ethers.js, Web3Auth, LiFi, or similar technologies
- Plus: experience interacting with smart contracts
- Plus: understanding of blockchain transactions, wallet connections, and decentralized applications
- Plus: experience migrating applications between frameworks or build tools
- Plus: experience developing reusable component libraries or NPM packages
- Plus: experience with real-time data and cloud functions
- Plus: experience with financial applications, digital wallets, exchanges, or trading platforms
- Plus: experience mentoring junior developers or conducting technical training
Benefits:
- Salary range of USD $3,000–$3,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
- Full-time contract through a payroll platform
- Remote work allocated at the client
