Job Description
Senior Fullstack Engineer building features and architectures for dyve’s clients. Fullstack delivery from requirements analysis through go-live in a 100% remote software consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop features and architectures for clients across a wide range of industries
- Integrate seamlessly into existing teams and take genuine ownership of the technical domain
- Support the entire development process—from requirements analysis through to go-live
- Advise founders and leads as an equal partner, including serving as a calm and steady presence during stressful moments
- Make thoughtful use of AI tools in your day-to-day development work
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working on client projects—as a freelancer or project team member across changing client and requirements environments
- Solid foundation in web technologies and related tooling, from build tools and CI/CD to REST APIs, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), and frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Genuine fullstack mindset: frontend, backend, DevOps, and observability
- Experience with TypeScript and Angular or React.js on the frontend
- Proficiency in at least one additional statically typed language—ideally Kotlin or Java
- DevOps experience: you know how to deploy software to production and keep it stable there
- Experience with scripting languages such as Ruby or Python is a plus
- Bonus: app development with React Native or Flutter
- Active engagement with AI in software development
- Experience working in 100% remote environments
- Clear communication skills, genuine listening, and a willingness to engage directly rather than hide behind tickets
- Fluent German and good English skills
- No specific degree is required; we value skills and mindset
