Job Description
Senior full-stack engineer building scalable React, Node.js, and Python applications for Nortal’s digital transformation clients. Architecting AWS cloud solutions, APIs, automated tests, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines for global enterprises and public-sector organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across front-end and back-end systems
- Develop and integrate scalable back-end services using Node.js, C#, and Python
- Work with relational and NoSQL data stores
- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS using event-driven and serverless patterns
- Write and maintain automated tests
- Manage infrastructure as code
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines
- Architect robust APIs and craft intuitive user interfaces
- Optimize system reliability
- Drive engineering best practices and scalable architecture
- Mentor team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver high-quality software solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of backend development experience with Node.js, C#, and Python
- 6+ years of experience with React
- 6+ years of experience with PostgreSQL, AWS DynamoDB, and SQL
- 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud services, including SQS, Lambda, ECS, CloudFront, ALB, and EventBridge
- 4+ years of experience with Jest and Playwright
- 4+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- 4+ years of experience with version control and CI workflows using GitLab
- Advanced English level required
- Effective English communication for working with US clients
