Job Description
Senior Functional Analyst contributing to functional requirement analysis and documentation for web application projects in an Agile environment. Collaborating with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document functional requirements.
- Write functional analyses, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
- Break down requirements into user stories and testable requirements.
- Participate in functional validations, testing, and deliverable reviews.
- Analyze the impact of changes on processes and systems.
- Facilitate communication between users, analysts, and developers.
- Update functional documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in information resources.
- Significant experience in functional analysis.
- Experience in web application projects.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to clearly write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and business teams.
- Functional analysis, requirements writing, and business rules.
- User stories and acceptance criteria.
- Functional testing and validation of deliverables.
- Functional documentation and process modeling.
- Facilitating workshops and tracking requests.
- Azure DevOps Boards or a comparable backlog management tool.
- Experience with transactional platforms.
- UX, user journeys, BPMN or UML.
- Knowledge of privacy and data protection issues.
- Experience in the public sector.
- Contract assignment or resource pool/bench, depending on the client's needs.
- Primarily remote work; availability to coordinate based on intervention requests.
