Job Description
Senior GTM Engineer building AI-powered revenue workflows for Oyster’s global employment platform. Integrating CRM, data, outbound, and product systems to accelerate pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Design the architecture of the GTM stack, including CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, territory and routing logic, synchronization patterns, and system contracts
- Integrate Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, Nooks, Salesloft, HubSpot, the data warehouse, and Oyster product APIs using APIs, webhooks, and scripts
- Build AI-driven workflows, prompt chains, agents, and signal-detection pipelines for prospect research, personalized outreach, and buying-signal alerts
- Optimize commercial processes and take ownership of revenue-generation methods
- Build automated data waterfalls to pull, clean, deduplicate, and route prospect and account data into the CRM
- Reverse-engineer live processes, determine what to retain or replace, and implement migration plans without disrupting pipeline, reporting, or selling
- Define workflow metrics, measure results, and evaluate output quality
- Maintain compliant, documented, monitored, and failure-resistant pipelines and agents
- Partner with GTM teams to translate commercial goals into technical solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years in GTM engineering, Revenue Operations, growth engineering, marketing/sales engineering, or software engineering focused on revenue problems
- Proven examples of implemented solutions with measurable pipeline impact
- Deep hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack
- Experience architecting CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, routing and territory logic, and synchronization patterns
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, enrichment providers, outbound and sequencing tools, marketing automation, and platforms such as Clay
- Ability to build custom integrations from documentation
- Experience owning production workflows, including error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and alerting
- Working experience using AI/LLMs in GTM or automation contexts
- Knowledge of prompt and context engineering
- Strong judgment about when models outperform rules
- Understanding of funnel mechanics, conversion rates, and unit economics
- Bias toward rapid prototyping, user feedback, and iteration
- Must be based within EMEA
- Must be authorized to work where you live
