Job Description

Sr. HR Generalist enhancing employee engagement and organizational performance at GMR Marketing. Serves as a strategic partner while managing employee relations and HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic thinking partner on the Talent Support Team
  • Drive people-focused initiatives enhancing deliverables
  • Conduct talent assessments and provide recommendations
  • Manage complex employee relations matters
  • Own employee engagement initiatives
  • Develop impactful learning experiences

Requirements:

  • HR consulting experience
  • Strategic partnership skills
  • Employee and labor relations expertise
  • Engagement and retention strategies
  • Learning and capability building
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
