Job Description
Sr. HR Generalist enhancing employee engagement and organizational performance at GMR Marketing. Serves as a strategic partner while managing employee relations and HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic thinking partner on the Talent Support Team
- Drive people-focused initiatives enhancing deliverables
- Conduct talent assessments and provide recommendations
