Job Description

Senior HRIS Analyst optimizing Optiv’s Workday HCM platform, security, and HR processes. Supporting system enhancements, integrations, testing, and stakeholder solutions for Optiv’s cybersecurity business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support HR technology enhancements, including prioritization, research, resolution, change management, and issue tracking
  • Provide end-to-end functional support for Workday and HR modules including HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Talent Management, Report Writer, Integration Management, and Security Administration
  • Design and administer Workday security architecture and governance
  • Provide project management expertise and support HR projects involving integrations, upgrades, modifications, and enhancements
  • Serve as HR technology liaison with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders on Workday business process design, data integrity, and security requirements
  • Serve as subject matter expert to optimize Optiv’s HR technology solutions and improve operations
  • Facilitate testing, change management, and enhancement configuration for system configuration and upgrades
  • Design and recommend process improvements and innovative solutions
  • Manage escalated issues with internal teams and vendors
  • Maintain an effective and scalable Workday internal control environment, including SOX, ITGC, and application controls
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • College degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems desired
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience required
  • HR systems support and testing experience required
  • Workday experience required
  • Working knowledge of Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, or Learning concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Intermediate analytical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to critically think and break complex information into processes
  • Ability to handle complex issues and sensitive information confidentially
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and complete tasks timely and precisely using independent judgment
  • Self-starter able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
