Job Description
Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting executive leaders in driving strategic outcomes. Join Root, an insurtech company transforming the car insurance industry using technology.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders in Engineering and Product to drive strategic initiatives and organizational decisions
- Analyze data and provide clear recommendations to inform leadership decisions
- Influence stakeholders across functions to align on priorities and execution
- Manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-changing environment
- Help leaders improve team effectiveness, structure, and performance
Requirements:
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic HRBP, leadership, or consultant role
- Strong ability to influence and challenge thinking at all levels
- Proven ability to use data to tell a story and drive decisions
- Excellent prioritization and adaptability
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities
