Job Description
Senior M&A Integration Manager leading ERP, finance, tax, and treasury integrations for ReSource Pro, an insurance-industry workflow optimization and technology services firm. Coordinating acquisition workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive acquisition integration plans for assigned functions
- Leverage due diligence findings to support the strategic investment thesis and mitigate risk
- Obtain alignment from senior leadership, Corporate Development, and departmental leadership
- Manage project expectations, timelines, resources, deliverables, milestones, and risks
- Lead execution of assigned M&A integration workstreams
- Collaborate with workstream leadership, NewCo, and the Integration Management Office
- Facilitate workstream meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
- Monitor functional-team progress and provide status reporting to project teams and senior leadership
- Escalate risks, delays, and blockers as appropriate
- Conduct postmortem reviews and document lessons learned
- Support integration strategies, playbooks, and planning materials
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Apply project-management best practices, methodologies, and tools
- Provide project-management leadership and coaching to team members
- Recommend improvements to M&A integration processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5–7 years' experience in project management
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions
- High-level knowledge of the M&A integration lifecycle, IMO, and finance/accounting
- Experience with ERP integrations/migrations, including Oracle, SAP, or Workday
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
- PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Exceptionally high attention to detail
- Project and change-management skills, including holding stakeholders accountable and driving projects forward
- ERP project management experience is required
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require employer sponsorship for work authorization or employment visa status
