Job Description

Senior M&A Integration Manager coordinating ERP, finance, accounting, tax, and treasury integrations for ReSource Pro. Driving acquisition workstreams for an insurance workflow optimization and technology services company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive acquisition integration plans for assigned functions, leveraging due diligence findings
  • Manage integration timelines, deliverables, milestones, and risks
  • Obtain alignment from senior, corporate development, and departmental leadership
  • Lead execution of assigned integration workstreams and manage resources
  • Track milestones and deliverables and drive stakeholder buy-in throughout the integration lifecycle
  • Collaborate with workstream leadership, NewCo, and the Integration Management Office
  • Manage day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams
  • Facilitate workstream meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
  • Monitor functional team progress and provide status reporting to project teams and senior leadership
  • Escalate risks, delays, and blockers as appropriate
  • Conduct postmortem reviews and document lessons learned
  • Support documentation of integration strategies, playbooks, and planning materials
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external onshore and offshore stakeholders, vendors, and partners
  • Communicate expectations and liaise with stakeholders throughout projects
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Provide project management leadership and coaching to team members
  • Recommend improvements to M&A integration processes, tools, and methodologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5–7 years' experience in project management
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions
  • High-level knowledge of the M&A integration lifecycle, IMO, and finance/accounting
  • Experience focused on M&A preferred
  • Experience with ERP integrations/migrations, including Oracle, SAP, or Workday
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
  • PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred
  • High collaboration and ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
  • Project and change management ability to hold others accountable, follow up with stakeholders, and drive projects forward
  • Ability to guide others through the change management process
  • Must reside within the United States
  • ERP experience is required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship question is included in the application
