Job Description
Key Account Manager bei yfood, Deutschlands Smart-Food-Marktführer, betreut strategische Handelskunden. Steuerung von Umsatz, Distribution, Preisstrategien und Kundenbeziehungen im bundesweiten Remote-Modell.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, manage, and further develop the assigned customers within the Modern Trade key account management team
- Plan and achieve revenue, volume, profit, and distribution targets
- Implement national agreements as well as national sales and marketing objectives, concepts, and strategies
- Analyze KPIs, market data, and sales data, and derive appropriate actions
- Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on regular customer meetings and annual business reviews
- Align on and implement promotions, listings, pricing strategies, and customer-specific initiatives
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with relevant decision-makers
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to coordinate a focused and effective approach
- Communicate and coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and the national Field Sales Force
Requirements:
- Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management
- In-depth knowledge of retail structures and processes
- Strong contacts with decision-makers in the retail industry
- Field sales experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to drive multiple important topics and projects simultaneously
- Strong communicator with a team-oriented personality
- High degree of initiative, solution-oriented mindset, and conflict-management skills
