Job Description

Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager growing onX’s outdoor navigation app through partner-sourced user lifecycle campaigns. Building activation, engagement, and conversion programs across Ford, Toyota, and future partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for partner-sourced users across activation, onboarding, engagement, and conversion
  • Partner with Partnerships and vertical business teams to translate partner agreements, customer behavior, and business goals into lifecycle programs
  • Build segmentation and personalization strategies based on partner, entitlement, behavior, and intent
  • Design, build, QA, and deploy lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app experiences in Braze
  • Use customer behavior and performance data to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, design experiments, and measure impact
  • Use Amplitude, Braze, Eppo, and AI throughout the lifecycle workflow
  • Drive initiatives across Partnerships, vertical marketing, Growth Product, creative, analytics, legal, and other stakeholders
  • Build alignment, manage priorities and dependencies, and keep launches moving
  • Translate strategy, experimentation, and performance into actionable communication
  • Turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks for new partners and categories
  • Improve lifecycle workflows, tools, and approaches as the partner ecosystem grows
  • Report to the Director of Growth Lifecycle Marketing

Requirements:

  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally within consumer subscription or mobile app businesses
  • Deep lifecycle marketing experience across activation, onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership
  • Experience managing lifecycle marketing programs across multiple products or business lines
  • Strong analytical fluency using Amplitude or similar product analytics tools
  • Experience developing hypotheses, designing A/B and holdout tests, interpreting results, and applying learnings
  • Proficiency with Braze or a comparable lifecycle marketing platform, including automated behavior-based journeys, segmentation, personalization, and triggering logic
  • Strong AI fluency and ability to build repeatable AI-enabled workflows
  • Success in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong organization and project management skills

  • Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment
  • Ability to travel up to quarterly for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location
