Job Description
Senior Machine Learning Engineer building and shipping ML systems that are reliable in production. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring ML engineers to enhance performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build core ML systems that power a proactive AI product
- Own work end-to-end: data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration
- Turn research ideas into working systems that run reliably in production
- Collaborate closely with research, product, and engineering teams
- Mentor other ML engineers through example and technical judgment
Requirements:
- Senior Machine Learning Engineer experience
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
- Proven experience with GPU-based training and inference
- Ability to debug model failures and system issues
- Excellent understanding of ML model behavior and production constraints
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
