Job Description
Senior Manager, Commercial Finance for Circana, delivering financial insights to support growth. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance financial discipline in AI and technology sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial discipline
- Lead financial planning processes including budgets and forecasts
- Deliver actionable insights to improve financial outcomes
- Analyze business results and financial performance
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Build consensus and develop strong relationships with senior leaders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance
- Experience owning or supporting a full P&L
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proven ability to lead reporting and analysis
- Critical thinker with a strong learning mindset
