Job Description

Commercial biotechnology supply-planning leader overseeing S&OP, inventory, procurement, and supplier forecasts. Ensuring continuous supply for Celcuity’s targeted cancer therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end commercial supply planning and S&OP execution across Celcuity’s global supply chain
  • Lead commercial supply planning activities at Celcuity
  • Manage monthly S&OP meetings
  • Translate demand forecasts into supply plans
  • Ensure supply plans align with the budget
  • Manage inventory to desired safety stock levels
  • Issue purchase orders and production forecasts to suppliers
  • Conduct scenario planning to enable supply decisions
  • Support business process improvements
  • Drive alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning to ensure continuous commercial supply

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA or other advanced degree focused on Supply Chain Management is a plus
  • APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional certification is a plus
  • 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in a commercial supply setting, preferably in international markets
  • Strong experience in end-to-end supply chain processes, including S&OP, supply planning, procurement execution and product launch support
  • Strong planning and coordination skills across supply, production, inventory, and external partner activities
  • Knowledge of GMP and global regulatory requirements
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems, e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Strong quality and compliance background
  • Work history in a virtual or semi-virtual pharmaceutical company
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills, including a collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented personality and ability to work and drive change across functions
  • Good organizational, time management, computer, and software skills
  • Ability to learn and implement new techniques, technologies, and novel approaches
  • Ability to quickly react to and mitigate unforeseen challenges
  • Ability to build strong relationships with co-workers of various backgrounds and expertise
  • Ability to function at a high level in a team setting, whether leading the group or acting as an individual contributor
