Job Description
Senior Manager, Creative Services leading integrated creative efforts at ECI Software Solutions. Focus on developing compelling marketing assets and overseeing creative production in a remote USA role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative execution across video, ads, emails, web graphics and images, infographics, eBooks, and more, by partnering with content stakeholders to ensure marketing assets are engaging, and ultimately drive conversions and pipeline.
- Synthesize inputs from writers, designers, and video contributors together to develop integrated, campaign-driven work from concept through execution.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand alignment across all deliverables, even as volume and complexity increase.
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, web, events, and communications teams to align innovative, creative work with business priorities and campaign goals.
- Oversee the creative production process, partnering closely with a project manager to ensure work is prioritized effectively, flows smoothly, and is delivered efficiently.
- Provide clear direction and early alignment to reduce rework, streamline execution, and improve overall output quality.
- Own and continuously improve the creative production process, ensuring the team can move quickly without sacrificing quality or alignment.
- Bring new ideas, formats, and approaches to the table and challenge us to keep raising the bar.
- Coach, mentor, and develop designers and video contributors through ongoing feedback and skill-building.
- Foster a collaborative, connected creative environment that supports both individual excellence and team success.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working to reduce fragmentation, increase impact, and speed up delivery.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards, company guidelines, and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in creative or brand roles, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience leading or managing multidisciplinary creative teams (including video and graphic design).
- Strong ability to translate messaging into compelling, engaging creative across multiple channels and formats.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback across both copy and design.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and team leadership.
- Experience using AI to improve creative workflows, driving more efficient, scalable ways of working.
