Job Description
Senior Manager leading dental lab implementations at Aspen Dental. Driving innovative strategies and managing cross-functional teams for successful lab operations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the implementation strategy for innovations for in-office labs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of lab implementation managers.
- Oversee planning and execution of multiple lab process launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline implementation processes.
- Use KPIs to maintain visibility into implementation progress.
- Ensure successful onboarding of digital dentistry equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in dental lab operations, clinical implementations, or healthcare project management, including 2+ years in a leadership or multi-site role.
- Strong knowledge of digital dental technologies and workflows.
- Proven track record of driving accountability and delivering measurable results across teams and initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time.
