Job Description
Senior Manager managing digital analytics projects supporting the Aetna Health Digital organization. Leading the delivery of insights and solutions across multiple teams with a focus on analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-value analytics opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Define KPIs and success metrics for analytics initiatives to ensure measurable impact
- Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to integrate analytics tools and platforms effectively
- Work closely with data science, product, operations, and reporting teams to deliver insights and solutions
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and resources across portfolios
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project continuity
- Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in analytics project management or related roles, with a track record of delivering complex projects
- 3+ years of experience with analytics tools, data platforms, and technology implementation processes (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Quantum Metrics)
- 3+ years of experience interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
