Job Description
Senior Manager of End to End Planning at iRhythm overseeing supply chain optimization and SIOP processes. Focus on operational execution and collaboration to improve health care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, including governance, cadence, and executive alignment
- Integrate demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans to deliver a balanced and executable operating plan
- Oversee demand planning, improving forecast accuracy and reducing bias using data-driven insights
- Direct supply and production planning across manufacturing sites, ensuring capacity constraints and material availability are aligned with demand
- Optimize inventory across raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods to balance service, cost, and working capital
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure material availability and supplier alignment with production requirements
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to ensure feasible production schedules and high plan adherence
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and plan attainment
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including advanced planning systems (APS) and analytics tools
- Lead and develop high-performing planning teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Extensive experience in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders
