Job Description
Senior Manager, Engineering leading the Mobile Apps team at Beacon Biosignals. Building patient-facing experiences and managing a team of engineers in a regulated health tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of engineers and a product manager
- Own the team's technical direction across mobile apps and SDKs
- Drive a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap
- Own project management end-to-end
- Cultivate a high-functioning team culture
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health
- Establish and refine team processes for efficient execution
Requirements:
- Proven track record managing mid-sized mobile or consumer-facing engineering teams
- Strong mobile engineering depth in React Native, Swift, and Kotlin
- Experience leading teams through ambiguity and cross-functional complexity
- Clear, decisive communication skills
- Experience operating in a regulated industry is a strong plus
