Job Description
Senior Manager, Market Intelligence responsible for executing market intelligence projects at Vantive. Collaborating with various departments to enhance the dialysis experience through insights and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Execute defined market intelligence workstreams, primarily focused on the PD business
- Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of market models, revenue forecasts, and segmentation frameworks
- Synthesize competitive intelligence into clear implications and preliminary recommendations
- Support in collaborating with Commercial and Marketing leaders
- Prepare components and analytical inputs for executive-level deliverables
- Execute change management activities; manage specific adoption tracks
- Identify and surface gaps between insights generated and actions taken
- Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and communication approaches
- Support capability-building initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5-8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or analytics roles
- Experience working on cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information
