Job Description
Implementations Senior Manager at Honor managing transitions of franchises to the Honor Care Platform. Leading project implementation and stabilizing operations during the transition period.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution of acquired businesses by bridging the gap between acquisition and operational success
- Manage the transition of franchises to the Honor Care Platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project plans
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of Specialists and Associates
- Proactively stay abreast of market-specific regulations
- Partner with the Territory and/or General Manager to stabilize day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or field operations
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technical transitions/implementations or multi-site operational integrations
- Proven ability to act as a player/coach, leading by example to drive performance in relationship-driven environments
- Experience in service-based operations (e.g., healthcare, staffing, or retail) where success depends on frontline stability and consistent delivery.
