Job Description

Medical Data Review Manager overseeing oncology clinical-trial data for Immatics, a precision PRAME immunotherapy company. Ensuring medical-data quality across studies and supporting clinical development.

Responsibilities:

  • Author Medical Data Review SOPs and plans aligned with project plans and Immatics procedures
  • Compile Medical Review Checklists with Physicians (Medical Monitors) and Data Management
  • Generate and review data extracts and outputs from EDC and JReview systems in collaboration with Data Management
  • Review outputs for compliance with project plans and Immatics procedures
  • Review medical data for consistency, plausibility, and completeness across studies and projects
  • Manage medical queries, consulting Physicians as needed and applying knowledge of study protocols and key study documents
  • Prepare Medical Data Review summaries and findings reports
  • Review and resolve QC findings
  • Attend Investigator Meetings as required
  • Maintain proficiency in EDC systems and train clinical team members
  • Collaborate with internal and external Data Management stakeholders
  • Support Medical Monitoring, Vendor Management, and other physician-directed activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in a life sciences discipline (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, or Medicine) and/or qualification as a healthcare professional such as a nurse
  • Relevant hands-on exposure in life sciences or healthcare
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Medical Data Reviewer in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotechnology company
  • Strong focus on oncology clinical trials
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to adapt to different systems and databases
