Job Description
Senior Manager directing Medical Staff Services for Providence’s Kadlec healthcare center in Washington. Overseeing operations, personnel, budgeting, and medical staff compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction of Medical Staff Services for the South Eastern WA region
- Oversee day-to-day departmental operations
- Supervise personnel
- Prepare the departmental budget
- Provide administrative assistance to the medical staff
- Enable medical staff to fulfill duties and obligations defined by the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations
- Report directly to the Executive Director
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Upon hire: Certified Professional Medical Services Management - National Association Medical Staff Services
- 3 years supervisory experience; 5 years preferred
- 5 years Medical Staff experience
- Current experience within the Medical Staff Office services preferred
