Job Description
Senior Manager in Elections Products overseeing product strategy and execution with The Canton Group. Collaborating across functions to ensure alignment with election technology needs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the VP to develop product strategy and roadmap
- Manage Product Managers and oversee feature delivery
- Lead cross-functional collaboration
- Review and approve feature roadmap
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of direct product management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven ability to drive product vision and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with B2G SaaS, platform software, or regulated industry products
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
