Job Description
Senior Manager developing proposals, RFP responses, case studies, and sales presentations for Precision AQ’s healthcare clients. Crafting persuasive content with cross-functional and executive teams.
Responsibilities:
- Curate comprehensive information about Precision teams and offerings to communicate capabilities and value to prospective clients
- Review RFIs and RFPs and apply key information to new business opportunities
- Craft narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Develop content for executive summaries, slide titles, case studies, and new business presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leaders to create cohesive stories
- Follow and enforce organizational brand guidelines
- Provide copy feedback and recommend improvements to storytelling
- Train colleagues on effective storytelling
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to incorporate updated messaging
- Create, organize, and disseminate organizational resources to Sales and other teams
- Maintain slide libraries and content repositories
- Provide insights into AI process evolution
- Recommend innovative ways to optimize internal processes for efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field
- 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PowerPoint design proficiency
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
