Job Description
Senior MSSP contracts manager modernizing partner agreements and negotiation playbooks. Supporting SentinelOne’s AI-native cybersecurity platform and MSSP revenue acceleration.
Responsibilities:
- Modernize and enhance MSSP partner agreements
- Build playbooks governing how future agreements are created, updated, and negotiated
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the MSSP agreement framework and new agreement standards
- Partner closely with Legal, Product, and Partner Managers
- Lead the rebuild and launch of MSSP partner agreements
- Evolve legacy pricing addendums to align with current product offerings and go-to-market motion
- Prioritize deliverables with Partner Managers and guide playbook creation and adoption
- Support new MSSP contracts and updates to existing pricing addendums
- Build and maintain agreement and pricing addendum update playbooks
- Streamline the MSSP agreement strategy toward a standard agreement with defined exception paths
- Build the MSSP negotiation playbook, including target positions, flexibility, and negotiation strategy
- Guide negotiations that fall outside the playbook and engage cross-functional senior leadership as required
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of overall experience in a combination of MSSP or partner ecosystem management and contracts management or administration
- A background working in the partner ecosystem; MSSP partner experience is preferred
- Deep knowledge of partner ecosystems and partner agreements, including MSSP, SI, and/or GSI experience
- Hands-on contract experience, such as extensive agreement negotiation as a Partner Manager; formal contract management experience is preferred
- Ability to review agreements and negotiations and identify potential issues before they arise
- Experience working with AI and automation tooling is required (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
